Let's Chat Contract

A pretty smart group decided that the "back-and-forth" of contract negotiations needed a web app to live in. This app gives those who spend a lot of time requesting clinical tests from various vendors around the world, a place to manage it all.

Shouldn't all contracts be done this way?
