Gamification with elements of competition on Leroy Merlin intranet portal on the example of Ideas and Propositions snippet. Every Leroy Merlin store in Russia represented by it's tree. Falling water drops represent ideas and propositions of employees of these stores. The more ideas and propositions, the higher grows tree representing the store. Every quarter of a year the results are summing up and the best store employees getting awards.
