T-Shirt Design for Ortleib's

Repurposed and reimagined an old Ortleib's baseball program advertisement onto a t-shirt for Shibe Vintage Sports in Philadelphia, PA.

Ortlieb's Brewery was founded when Civil War veteran Trupert Ortlieb went into the beer business in 1866. In 1880, he bought a larger brewery in Northern Liberties, and that is where Ortlieb's was brewed for over 100 years before being bought out in 1981. Ortlieb's entered its prime after World War II, when "Uncle Joe" Ortlieb, a very familiar figure to Philadelphians of the 40s and 50s, took over. Joe was heavily involved in promotions, charity, and entertainment.
