Day 17 of the DailyUI challenge: an Email Receipt

Created an email receipt for the imaginary Jenny's Burgers. I really think standard receipt should be emailed, it's an easier proof of purchase to keep, and also reduces all that paper from being printed.

Also created the logo with Hipster Logo Generator, which is so obviously hipster, but actually looks good.
