Cameron Shaver Logo Refresh

A couple of years ago I did a logo for a client, and actually wrote about it on my blog. Recently, the client approached me about doing a slight refresh, and jumped at the opportunity. I had grown a lot over the past couple of years and there were a few things that I was eager to fix up.

Here's one concept, which is based heavily on the original logo. I just compressed things and just worked at improving the strokes, especially on the S shape.
