Neuron-inspired Illustration

For this project I was asked to create an illustration based on the shape of a neuron, to be included in a scientific paper - "Regenerative memory in time-delayed neuromorphic photonics resonators" - featured in Scientific Reports, an online, open access journal from the publishers of Nature.
