Guest Center iPhone

Guest Center was first launched on the iPad to help hosts manage how guests approach the “front of the house.”

Last month, we launched Guest Center for iPhone. It’s designed for a general manager of a restaurant to see statistics about the restaurant, notes about guests, enter in shift notes for staff, and more on the go, away from the back office.

OpenTable’s staff has worked hundreds of thousands of hours in restaurants’ back office and the front of the house. Our researchers have also worked with our partner restaurants to get a holistic picture of how general managers, hosts, servers, and back of house staff work together to provide amazing dining experiences.

That knowledge helped us define a clear vision for the first release of Guest Center for iPhone. We’ll be moving quickly to add more features that would be useful for general managers.
