Despite a string of illness and injury that saw catcher Ryan Hanigan, second baseman Dustin Pedroia, and shortstop Xander Bogaerts leave the game early, the Sox kept rolling as they put up ten runs agains the visiting Colorado Rockies. Steven Wright pitched another gem and Jackie Bradley Jr. passed Johnny Damon for the fourth-longest hit streak in club history.
