Prompting for Feedback in Firefox on iOS

Instead of just prompting users to review Firefox on iOS, I designed a prompt that asks the user how they feel about their experience using Firefox so far. Users see different options depending on what emoticon they click on.

Happy users are presented with an opportunity to write a review or tell their friends about Firefox: http://i.sevaan.com/0s3w3e1h2929

Confused or unhappy users are presented with options that allow them to solve their problems or submit feedback to the Firefox iOS team: http://i.sevaan.com/2E0o3V1z2o2c

Some rules for prompting for feedback/reviews:

- Don't ask at launch
- Do not interrupt user workflow
- Only ask once
- Ask passively

User stories I was designing for:

- As a user, I want to be able to provide positive feedback when it's due, get help if I need it, or let the team know if I have any issues.
- As a product owner, I was to collect as much user feedback as possible without negatively impacting user experience.
