WorldCare has a bright mission - to support patients diagnosed with serious illnesses by providing them with an independent second opinion issued by doctors from the best hospitals in the US. To explain the problem a patient faces upon hearing their diagnosis and show how they can verify it with WorldCare, we chose character animation and gentle pastel colours. The video is based on a thoughtful narrative that fills the video with compassion and empathy necessary when talking about medical conditions. As it proved to be a success and exceeded the client's expectations, it has been localised in an astonishing amount of 12 different languages and is about to be distributed in 4 continents.
