Here's an icon for a real estate application I have in the works. The app informs and connects cereal real-estate entrepreneurs with opportunities.

The general focus of this mark is to convey the connection between realtor and client, and the happiness/excitement that comes with closing on a property.

I'm torn between the open background and the fill background - would love to get your thoughts!
