Not my most favorite thing I've ever made, but I did have fun finding an attractive way to include all the elements the clients wanted in their mark: a turtle shell shape ( a reference to their Native American heritage), a compass, and a quill pen. I was able to get away with simplifying the turtle shell into the shield shape.

The mark has a bit more going on than I'm comfortable with, but the clients were ecstatic so that felt nice.
