Make Something People Want > Make Something You Love

"Make Something People Want" is much more important and valuable than "Make Something You Love."

It is the dividing line between an agency that brings value to the businesses that they work with and those that don't.

Knowing that customers come first (your client's customers). And that it is all about building something people want, not simply what you want or love. You are not the end user or customer—and more often than not, neither is your business partner.
