Ingress One - Brand Guidelines & Logo Usage

Ingress One needed a logo with weight to it, and the inspiration came from branding in buildings. The idea was to make the logo look like it could be placed in the reception of a newly-developed luxury high-rise in central London without feeling misplaced, as if it was the name of the actual building itself.

Letters were place far apart for impact, and the very simple icon was based on an initial sketch of an open door, but was later made more abstract to avoid it becoming too obvious.
