Personal logo for Joshua Ledbetter, born with 100% hearing loss in both ears. A Colorado native, he founded Ledbetter Inc (www.ledbetterinc.com) in 2012 after being discriminated over 50 times when he was searching for a job - now he is an athlete and mentor dedicated to teaching people how to live a better life.

The personal logo primarily represents hand showing the "I Love You" gesture in ASL (American Sign Language) but also resembles his initials. The sign means a great deal to him personally and he uses it often when signing off on his videos.
