I Freaking Made A Pair Of Shoes!

It's been long...

Since i was really grinding on something i never experienced in my whole life! SNEAKER DESIGN. And more from just designing them, I freaking hand made them!!!

Unbelievable 2 months here in SF.

I always wish i can design a pair of sneakers someday. Until i got relocated to San Francisco this year. 2 months, the best achievement of my whole life so far. Drawing or even 3D modeling a pair of shoes are easy. But making this real by hand is far beyond difficult. And when achieved it, nothing else is ever joyful than this. So the idea of these shoes are a combination of channeling my ninja vision and shoe hacking attempt. How i did was as easy as buying a brand new pair of NIKE and hacked them by removing the upper and then replaced them with my own design. The shoes are made to honor my favorite Ninja: Hattori Hanzo. That is why lots of guys might frown at the first sight of the "annoyingly" huge swooshes. But for me, the swooshes are: 1. an "assassination weapon" here. 2. an icebreaker for people with social problems like me(i was too nervous to start a conversation with a stranger before. But with hanzo, i can unconsciously initiate a conversation by saying"sorry for poking you with my huge swoosh..." ) Currently, i'm still wearing them everyday to test the functionalities. No selling plans. Yes, only one pair on this planet.
