Logo Rebranding

Madeira Happy Tours is a Tourism oriented company operating in Madeira Island for about 5 years.

The customer approached me with the goal of refreshing his logo making it more modern, dynamic and versatile while maintaining the brand identity.

This is the first proposal that i came up with. Please let me know what you think. Opinions are welcome. This proposal was not accepted by the customer.
