i-Banking BCA Individual Redesign

BCA is the biggest leading bank in Asia, i often open their customer i-banking just to check my saldo, transfer money, etc.
But i dont know the reason why, they still keep their old design until now. maybe for the sake of security, or accessibility (?) i dont know, they should have their own reason for that.
This is just my personal preference of how i want to experience the site.
