Instagram icon

I decided to jump the bandwagon and do my take on the instagram icon too. I didn't feel like redoing the whole pattern they used for boomerang and for layout, which looks very cool, imo, so I decided to use a image color wheel instead.

There are several arguments that speak for them using the same design language on the Insta app icon as they did on boomerang and layout, and that reason is fucking continuity and logic. They are products from the same line of branding as Instagram. Why the fuck would you want them all to look different save for their icon/logo part ? Anyways, here you go.
