Thinking about reworking my portfolio site

I'm considering redesigning my portfolio site. I launched this in March, but I definitely need to update the content in a few places. I'll publish my rates, make the process a little clearer, and update the portfolio. (Publishing my rates should help weed out the people who can't make my rates, etc.) I'm happy with the grid, but I'm afraid the Didot everywhere is too much. What do you think?

I guess the real question is: should I tweak what I have, or start over altogether? I'd love a critique.
