Never Stop Exploring

I was once told that if you focus your attention too often on things physically close to you, it has a detrimental effect on your health. This is one reason it can be depressing living in dense housing or busy urban areas.

People are actually prescribed to look at things at least 2km away every day - as a method to quickly broaden your perspective and force some more abstract or forward thinking.

I don't know if it's true, but I certainly feel more clear and calm after spending time outdoors and looking out into the stunning coastal views we have up here on the Hibiscus Coast. I feel lucky to have the opportunity to do that nearly every day.

This was a fun personal project to combine photos I took on my favourite morning running route with simple phrases to inspire better health and work-life balance.
