Redesign Experiment

I'm tossing around some ideas for rebranding a young women's group at my church. Right now I'm not really expecting anyone to go for this, but I wanted to show it because I'm enjoying it.

Feedback?

Do you all think this could be appropriate for women ages 18–35? The name has already been in use and I believe they plan to stick with it. This style does follow a few trends, so I realize this could be outdated pretty quick.
