Searching/adding a property listing

Hey guys,

So I'm trying to create better affordances in our current UI, so here's a Framer JS prototype demonstrating one of the ways of achieving that: http://share.framerjs.com/gjlrgj9e7jyy/

We require the user to search for a property before adding one (to encourage database cleanliness), but in the current application it doesn't appear clear enough that the add button becomes active after a search.

Therefore, I have included a shake animation to guide the users' eye towards where the button is, letting them know that they can now interact with it if they wish.

Not exactly sold on this animation but would be interested to hear any feedback you may have!
