Unsuccessful payment

This is a solution I have been working on for a scenario where the payment could not be processed and this is blocking the user to purchase.

The goal is to highlight the simplest solution to solve the case, E.g.: Trying a different card, but at the same time allow users to request assistance from an agent trough a live chat.
