ARANAA - Letter

Andreas Aas is a Paris-based Norwegian architect. The name of the architectural practice ARANAA is derived from the first two letters of the words Architecture Andreas Aas. The logotype is created by simply taking away the remaining letters while retaining their space. The result is a logo that visualises the practice of becoming clarity by removing the unnecessary.

The logotype is fluid across all media. The positioning of the letters function as columns for all printed matter, resulting in a unique grid for each type of media, but with a recognisable consistent ratio
