Been dreaming of opening a coffee shop for several years. For some reason, this week I've been thinking about it non-stop. I think I'm going to pursue this idea: a portion of the profits, or tips, will go to helping a family seeking to adopt a child into their family. It will also be a space to foster the things you care about - relationships, creativity, productivity, inspiration, supporting local businesses, etc.
