Payment Form

For Transfast's agent solution, we had to design a complex form that had to accommodate a lot of fields and offer messages in one screen. Each entry changes the fields that appear in the subsequent sections, so it was important to have all the sections and fields visible upfront as the agents had to see how the sections get affected based on every entry made.

After dabbling with accordion and stepper views, we finally landed on this design to highlight the current section and enabled fields so the user has access to all the information at once, while focussing on one section.
