As a Chinese from Hong Kong, it's difficult to find a nice and authentic Chinese restaurant. It's almost like a trade-off that I have to make consciously. Either I can choose a dirty, crowded, and noisy restaurant that serves authentic food, or a clean, upscale restaurant that serves Asian Fusion food.
