Beak for iPhone: New Navbar (Again)

Nearing the final iteration on the top navbar!

The Tweets button will slide down and expose a menu/picker to swap quickly between the main views of the app. The goal is to have all main views immediately accessible with nothing hidden behind a "More" button like many other Twitter apps.

- Users (view your profile/followers/friends, search for people)
- Explore (top secret stuff I'm working on that's pretty unique!)
