Egyptian governorates performance index, is a project launched by the Egyptian Center for Public Policy Studies to monitor the case of small and medium enterprises in 22 Egyptian governorates.

The index measures problems that occur during establishment phase; it also tried to find out how governorates provide assistance to SMEs sector.
