Academy

A few icons and collateral from an internship pilot program I had started a few years back that unfortunately was never actualized.

With a 3 phase approach, Academy focused on educating, cultivating learning, and empowering interns to apply their understanding in real world situations.

Over the course of their time, each intern would get to experience a combination of courses, exercises and cross-discipline training, leading up to working on client work. Hoping to dust it off and try another crack at it soon.
