The 100 Day Project - 100 Days of Cookbook Spots

I'm participating in The 100 Day Project again this year, and this time around, I think I found a project that is considerate of time and space. So here begins 100 Days of Cookbook Spots, Day 1.

(Also, cause this is a dream project of mine. I would LOVE to work on a cookbook in the future.)
