Lessons from Creative South

Finally finished my piece inspired by Creative South! If you don't know, Creative South is a conference for creatives (duh) held yearly in Columbus, GA. This was my first time going and it was an amazing experience- I met so many people and came back pumped and ready to create. This is my first attempt at a hand-lettering piece outside of some sketches but I'd really like to do more!

This quote comes from the super cool James Hsu, who had an awesome presentation with his (also super cool) wife Katia Oloy! It's important to always be learning- whether it's new design techniques, a new language, or a new hobby.
