Clover POS splash screen for Feedback app

A really simple app installation and onboarding — a small business owner taps the Feedback icon on the launcher screen and sees that the app is now up and running, and will begin printing dynamic feedback invitations on customer receipts. The only functionality here is a switch that lets the business owner turn this feature on or off.
