Zap Delivery

A year ago we have started development of a "uber for parcels". The initial launch was planned for Singapore.

"Zap Delivery is an app that offers fast, secure and reliable on-demand express courier services. App users can track the route of their couriers in real time on a map, and text or call their couriers, much like how passengers communicate with their cabbies using taxi-booking apps. Real-time route tracking is absent in other courier-booking apps."

We have started the project with a simple MVP (created with the Ionic Framework) to test the main workflow: sender could create an order, hand it off to a courier and receive shipment confirmation; courier could pick up the order and deliver it to the recipient.

Then we have done everything else:
* created all business processes;
* designed more than a hundred screens;
* built sophisticated API and four apps: Zap Sender and Zap Courier for iOS and Android.

The project took 6 months. Unfortunately, the principal investor abandoned the project due to the crisis in the Chinese Stock Market, so this version of iOS app hasn't been released.
