Zendesk Message helps businesses talk to their customers on messaging platforms like Facebook Messenger. When we were designing for this launch, we thought about all the different ways people try to send messages to one another - from smoke signals and carrier pigeons, to torchlights hidden under blankets, flashing secret codes across the darkness. :)
