    Step 1 : It all starts on paper. Sketch, scribble, use arrows, anything at all.
    Step 2 : Design the user flow / user journey. Start to finish, keeping empty states in mind.
    Step 3 : Zip up some wireframes - test - improve - test - improve - test…
    Step 4 : Final Hi-res + branding (never forget brand communication… in this case the visual brand essence is ‘ombre’)
