During my research, planning, and feedback while developing Tasman+Pacific I've come to realise that there are a lot of things we assume our clients will know or understand about how we work, but if we don't tell them these things directly there's a good chance they won't appreciate them.

So I've been spending time developing some new documents that I will share with potential clients during early communications with them.

This is my Manifesto which explains what clients can expect when working with me. While this won't be printed, I've kept the styling similar to my Gold Foil Biz Cards with a very monochrome colour pallet and a touch of gold for highlights.

I'm also redesigning my proposals, estimates, and terms documents to match this new style.
