Flower Anatomy

Transferring hand drawn work into the digital world has been really fun and challenging at the same time. My flower came in really light and faded, despite having done quite a bit of detailing done on paper. A lot of the coloring work just wasn’t dark enough to transfer well enough I think, so I boosted that in post. I’m not sure if that’s just how it goes normally or if I need to detail even further next time. I’m guessing the latter. Anyways, this is looking good so far! I’ll share the final when I’m all done.

Would love to hear suggestions from people who do this kind of transfer work often.
