Chef Logo Concepts

What do you do when your sister, who is a talented chef, wants to have her own personal brand? You make her some logos, that's what.

Her only requests were to make something simple, yet sophisticated/professional. We spent some time on inspiration and this is where I've landed. The elements outside of her initials are simple representations of her profession - a cutting board/table and a knife blade.

Where I'm currently at a crossroads with is which version to move forward with. Any thoughts on either one is greatly appreciated.
