TV Guide Overview for iPad (black)

- Added white (well black) space.
- Gave the icons a bar to separate them from the content (which scrolls below them anyway).
- Programs in the past are shaded.
- Programs running now are highlighted and you can see how much time is still left
- Added a few icons indicating reminders, recommendations and bookmarks
