For context, you're an Admin managing access to clusters, databases and the ability to use tools and work with the clusters/databases.

Permission - A permission is a grant for access. There are many kinds of permissions which can be granted to Roles and Users. Permissions can be global, cluster specific, or database specific depending on the permission.

User - has an email, username, and password. Users can belong to multiple Roles and can have many permissions (either through roles or assigned directly).

Role - is a collection of users and permissions. Users assigned to a role will have all permissions granted to the role.
