Doctor Health App

A couple of questions came out of this design.
1.) How would users upload an avatar? - Some doctors have you take a photo for confirmation purposes. In a dream world, they would upload through Facebook. Only problem there is security issues.

2.) Another note we received on this design was that there usually is a lot more information for these patients. This page is not intended to have everything. Its to quickly check the patient and then they can click for more detailed information page. I plan on building this page out next and animating it.
