Help & Support Ticket Dashboard

Aah.. too long to not upload new shot on my account and I think I need to force my self to make a shot -_-!

This one is dashboard for user ticket in Help & Support screen of a web service. Trying to make problem discussion on a ticket in a same page, so it need not to make user jump to new page to see discussion detail.

Really open for suggestion :)
