Garuda Indonesia Mobile App

As part of the pitch I am working on for Garuda Indonesia (it finally is a real thing to pitch for the airline!), I made a design proposal for them. The base thinking for this design is to facilitates Bookings, Managing Bookings and a conversational experience called "Ask the Travel Concierge". Based on our quick user survey of 214 respondents, these are the 3 things that they ask for in a mobile app for an airline.
