Working Progress Logo - work in progress (no pun intended :))

Working on a logo for a podcast called Working Progress that showcases how successful entrepreneurs went from idea to execution.

I don't think my client will go for this but I thought I'd share anyway. The waves leading into the wave represent the ups and downs that entrepreneurs go through on their journey to success. What do you all think?
