We’re looking for a developer who can help us continue to create outstanding digital experiences for our growing list of pretty cool clients. About the Job

As a developer at Fireant Studio, your skills will be integral to the success of our projects, working with our team to implement the freshest designs and strategies from start to finish. The right candidate is going to be a confident coder, will smell like team spirit, is obsessed with mastering the latest and greatest in technology and will be a pro at problem solving with grace. In this role, you will collaborate with your new team to develop projects and to provide input on internal development processes. Basically we’re looking for someone who knows their stuff and is ready to take on a diverse set of design-forward projects: from one-off micro sites to custom builds and larger applications.

Desired Skill Set:

Demonstrable custom WordPress theme development experience (Advanced Custom Fields experience preferred).
In-depth knowledge of HTML5/CSS3 (responsive CSS experience required).
Experience using SASS/LESS.
Comfort with version control tools (e.g., SVN, Git).
Basic understanding of PHP and/or Javascript.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud - Photoshop and Illustrator preferred.
Experience debugging web applications and testing on multiple resolutions/devices.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Basecamp and/or Bugherd.
Unix/Linux command line experience (we spend a lot of time in the command line).

Bonus:

PHP framework experience (Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Drupal).
Javascript framework experience (Backbone, Ember, Angular, and Require).
Documentation experience (we use Trac).
Linux/Apache configuration experience.
Human Requirements:
