Fieldbook Dispatch

The Fieldbook Dispatch Center was intended to speed up dispatcher's workflows. The idea was that users were creating "work" to assign to other users. Our target market would have been assigning jobs to drivers. So they could combine a location, description, memo, employees, and equipment to create "work." Clicking "dispatch" would send the job to the selected employees. All the work was created from the "assignments" column where users could take calls and fill in the details as they were relayed over the phone.
