As UX designer, I often asked about to show how actually I'm working on. People often don't see a big bunch of work that lays behind the scenes. Designing the app it's not only about moving pixels back and forth but about research and iterations. The more and faster cycles you do the polished it will looks like. I'm not the masochist and always try to save my clients time and money, so I always try to make as cheapest iterations as possible.
