Crest Roofing & Company
This company was lost. They had an identity but their previous image didn't express who they were and why they existing. I worked closely with them to find their purpose and redevelop their brand. Part of the process was also coming up with a new company name.
Working on this logo with Chris and his business partner was a lot of fun. I got to hear the stories of why he started his company. I got to hear about his personal values and the vision he has for the company he started years ago. During this session, a shift happened with Chris that I often see in business owner's when we discover their purpose. Everything started to make sense to him. He felt a renewed pride for his company and now saw limitless potential. He now knows where he is going and how to get there. His marketing strategies now have clarity.
Thier purpose: To encourage others so that they can experience fulfillment.
This is directly represented by their strong family values as a company. They don't want their employees to feel like they have live to work. Chris wants all of his employees to use their earnings to live life. To experience life fulfillment. The same also holds true for his clients. His approach to roofing is not what you would think. He ensures his clients have peace of mind. He keeps on budget and most of all educates during the process. His clients don't have to worry about the process, they can continue with fulfilling their lives.
The logo puts together elements from the family crests of the 3 houses of owners. Being descendants from the United Kingdom, Chris' family crest had a stag. His wife's was an eagle. His business partner Mitch had a chevron. To make sure that the logo didn't lose what service they provide, the shield encased a close up of roofing and siding. All angles used in the logo are roof pitch angles. 10/12 pitch for the chevron and 7/12 pitch for the roofing in the shield.
This was a fun project. I am so happy for this company and so grateful they gave me the opportunity to help them recreate their business.
